Our Services
01.Family Support Navigator
Our Family Support Navigator walks alongside families who have a diagnosis, are exploring an evaluation, or simply have concerns about their child’s development or behavior. This service offers one‑on‑one guidance with referrals, OPWDD and school systems, evaluations, benefits, and community resources. Families receive support understanding options, completing next steps, and building a coordinated plan that reflects their values, culture, and goals.
02.Support Broker for Self‑Direction
Support Broker services help individuals and families using OPWDD Self‑Direction design and manage person‑centered plans. We assist with budgets, service choices, and documentation so you understand your options, stay aligned with OPWDD guidelines, and can adapt supports as goals, interests, and needs change over time.
03.Caregiver Wellness Workshops
Caregiver Wellness Workshops offer a supportive space for parents and family members to learn practical strategies, reduce stress, and connect with others. Topics include coping skills, advocacy, navigating systems, and building sustainable routines at home so caregivers feel more confident and less alone.
04.Socialization & Life Skill Groups
Our Socialization & Life Skill Groups support youth with all abilities (ages 0–21) in practicing communication, friendship, self‑advocacy, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. Groups are small, developmentally matched, and strengths‑based, helping participants build confidence and meaningful connections in a low‑pressure setting.
