Family Support Navigator
Our Family Support Navigator walks alongside families who have a diagnosis, are exploring an evaluation, or simply have concerns about their child’s development or behavior. This service offers one‑on‑one guidance with referrals, OPWDD and school systems, evaluations, benefits, and community resources. Families receive support understanding options, completing next steps, and building a coordinated plan that reflects their values, culture, and goals.
